Please keep in mind that our hotel requires a 48-hour advance notice of cancellation. You will be provided with a cancellation number. If you fail to make changes or cancel your reservation within the specified time, a fee equal to one nights room rate plus tax will be charged to your credit card. Please note a $100 security deposit is required on a major credit card upon arrival at our hotel.
Guest Parking - Complimentary 24-hour daily parking passes are available at the front desk. GUEST MUST REPLACE THE PARKING PASS EACH DAY. Failure to do so will result in a Municipal Parking Ticket which is payable by guest.
Children and Extra Bed Policy (Additional fees will be charged at check-in)
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds. If you do not want to offer extra beds at all, please use the bed type "no extra beds available".
All children are welcome.
Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 20 per person per night when using existing beds.
One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
The maximum age of children (currently 12) that can stay for free in a room will automatically correspond to the child age set in the room configuration In the room configuration you can specify the amount of children that can stay in the room for free.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in additional charges.
ALL COSTS INCURRED including phone charges, laundry, damages (SMOKING IN ROOM IS A $450 FEE) or missing inventory WILL BE CHARGED to the credit card used at check-in. A $100.00 security deposit is required on a major credit card. Prior to check-out, guest must load any dirty dishes in dishwasher and start dishwasher. PARKING PASSES: Guests must display Pass prominently on the dashboard of vehicle to avoid citations or towing. This Pass is valid in the Diamond parking lot located on the corner of 2nd Avenue & F Street. All charges or fees incurred due to citations and/or towing are the responsibility of the guest. Anchorage Grand Hotel is not responsible in any way for guest vehicles or their contents. _______ initials
MONTHLY PARKING PASS: You may be provided with a pre-printed monthly parking pass at time of check-in. You MUST return this pass to the Front Desk at time of check-out. Lost or unreturned monthly passes will result in a charge of $95.00 to the credit card used at check-in. _______ initials
MONTHLY STAYS: Guest must stay a minimum of 30 days and pay rent for each month in advance. Otherwise, guest will pay prevailing daily/weekly rate, plus tax. The rate for stays beyond one (1) month, but less than entire additional month, will be charged at 1/30 of the monthly rate. For Monthly Stays, a cleaning/damage deposit of $600 will be collected prior to move-in, and an Addendum listing Guest Obligations prior to move-out, and the charges that will be incurred for failure to meet those obligations, must be signed. A deposit refund statement will be mailed to guest within 14 days following the date of check-out.
