- There is a $100 security deposit required on a major credit card upon arrival
- There is one complimentary parking place, additional parking will be at additional fee

- Hotel Requires a 48-Hour advance notice of cancellation. A fee equal to one nights room rate plus tax will be charged for failure to cancel within specified time.
